Summary:
This remote contractor role involves supporting client engagements in customer experience management (CEM) for customer-facing products and services. The contractor will serve as a key team member in client projects, supervising staff-level engagement teams and reviewing their work product. Qualifications include a minimum of three years of management consulting and/or corporate experience in customer strategy and transformation, a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and expertise in CEM, including sales and marketing strategy, customer profitability analysis, retention, cross-sell programs, and more. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential. Travel may be required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Support client engagements in customer experience management (CEM) for customer-facing products and services.- Act as a key team member in client projects, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables and progress against milestones.- Supervise staff-level engagement teams during fieldwork.- Review the work product of associates, provide direction, and offer necessary training.- Contribute to engagement decisions, including work plans, timelines, resource allocation, and staff members' career development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of management consulting and/or combined experience in corporate roles and management consulting related to customer strategy and transformation.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree preferred.- Experience in CEM, including sales and marketing strategy, go-to-market strategy, customer profitability analysis, business transformation, customer retention, cross-sell design, and program implementation, customer engagement roadmap development, and cross-channel campaign management alignment.- Background in customer acquisition, onboarding, development, loyalty, and win-back initiatives across diverse industries.- Strong written, verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.- Willingness to travel up to 80-100%.- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. - Travel may be required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
