Summary:
This contractor role involves assisting clients with developing IT digital and operating model strategies, translating ambiguous IT challenges into actionable insights, and supporting clients through complex IT transformations. The consultant will provide thought leadership on disruptive technologies, digital, mobile, agile delivery, and architecture. Additionally, they will manage client deliverables, engage with executives, and contribute to proposal development. Qualifications include at least three years of consulting or industry experience, a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in complex environments. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with the development of IT digital and operating model strategies, including initial vision, strategic requirements, and alignment with business strategy.- Analyze data and engage with diverse client stakeholders to translate ambiguous IT challenges into tangible results.- Support clients through large and complex IT transformations resulting from strategic business changes, mergers and acquisitions, and other disruptions.- Help clients realize business and IT strategies considering resource and financial constraints.- Provide thought leadership and specialized insights to clients on disruptive technologies, digital, mobile, agile delivery, architecture, and more.- Manage and facilitate the development of client deliverables, executive summary read-outs, and detailed fact-based analyses.- Assist with overall client engagement activities, proposal development, and support the development of new offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of related consulting or industry experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related fields; master's degree preferred.- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop well-structured, logical, and audience-relevant communications using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.- Ability to work in highly ambiguous and complex environments and interface with client executives.- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and professional development.- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
