Summary:
The Investigator position requires a candidate fluent in Spanish, responsible for leading interviews, document review, and open-source research for investigation work. They will write reports and manage investigative tasks as needed. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of three years of recent work experience, a bachelor's degree, and prior experience in misconduct, fraud, compliance, loss prevention, and security investigations. Knowledge of Mexican slang/jargon, cultural norms, and regulations is essential due to prior experience living or working in Mexico or Central America supporting the Mexico business unit. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities: - Lead interviews, review documents, conduct open-source research- Write reports and manage investigation work as needed Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent work experience- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred- Fluent in written, spoken and read Spanish; fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory as the personnel will be overseen by KPMG Mexico Forensic managers- Must be skilled in misconduct, fraud, compliance, loss prevention and security investigations- Prior experience living or working in Mexico or Central America supporting Mexico business unit; ability to understand Mexican slang/jargon, cultural norms, regulations, and unspoken/informal practices- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
